About the role
We are seeking a positive and professional front desk clerk to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay at our hotel. In this role you will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere and handling guest needs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage guest information and maintain accurate records.
- Distribute room keys and coordinate room assignments.
- Answer general inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
- Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
