Healthcare Strategy Consultant (Hybrid, New York)

About the role

We are seeking a Healthcare Strategy Consultant to support a leading consulting engagement focused on transformation initiatives across hospitals and health systems. The role blends business analysis, clinical workflow optimization, and revenue‑cycle expertise within Epic environments, and is based in New York with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture business and clinical requirements.
• Document current and future‑state workflows, processes, and operating procedures.
• Develop executive‑level presentations, reports, and client‑facing deliverables.
• Analyze healthcare data using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support Epic workflow design, testing, implementation, and go‑live activities.
• Partner with physicians, clinical staff, business leaders, and IT teams to enhance operational performance.
• Assist with charge capture optimization, revenue integrity, and risk‑adjustment initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or revenue‑cycle management.
• Strong background in workflow analysis and business process documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
