Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist

About the role

A Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist is sought with experience in US healthcare billing, accounts receivable, claims management, collections and financial operations. The role ensures billing accuracy, resolves outstanding claims, manages collections and supports financial reporting. It is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and requires advanced English (C1).

Key responsibilities

• Manage healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes.
• Follow up on denied, rejected and outstanding claims.
• Maintain accounts receivable and collections activities.
• Process claim corrections, appeals and payment follow-ups.
• Perform account reconciliations and bookkeeping tasks.
• Generate financial reports and revenue analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external billing partners.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in US healthcare billing, revenue cycle management or accounts receivable.
• Experience handling claim denials, rejections and appeals.
• Experience with Medicaid, VA Community Care or Long-Term Care claims.
• Accounting, finance or bookkeeping background.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1) and strong attention to detail.
