Groundskeeper / Porter – Full‑time

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of a large residential community in Sandy Springs. This full‑time, onsite position supports the service team and ensures that common areas, amenities, and surrounding grounds meet the company’s high standards of curb appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings, and ensure all common areas and amenities remain neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage spaces clean.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist with turnover tasks and other support duties as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Reliability and willingness to follow instructions from supervisors.
