Groundskeeper – Bridgeside Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper will maintain the appearance and safety of the Bridgeside community at Patriots Point. Working Monday‑Friday, you will ensure that all outdoor areas, amenities and common spaces are clean, well‑kept, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Perform minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to policy and verify that pool gates and other safety features operate correctly.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answering resident questions and addressing maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and lift objects as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
