Maintenance Supervisor – The Boulevard

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, maintenance task completion, and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, coordinating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budget.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing technical and mechanical maintenance tasks in a residential community.
• Ability to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and manage work orders.
• Proficiency in coordinating make‑ready processes and supervising vendors.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting work and maintaining standards.
• Capability to manage inventory and collaborate with the Community Manager.
