Forward Deployed Generalist (Builder)

About the role

Reevo is looking for a Forward Deployed Generalist to own end‑to‑end customer deployments, turning complex rollouts into productive revenue teams using the Reevo platform. You will work on‑site in San Francisco and travel to customers for intensive onboarding sprints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full deployment lifecycle from signed contract to a fully operational revenue team on Reevo.
• Configure the platform to match each customer’s unique sales motion, including pipelines, stages, fields, workflows, and reporting.
• Implement technical integrations such as lead forms, webhooks, and data syncs, collaborating with software engineers when custom code is needed.
• Manage data migration, mapping, importing, and quality‑assuring customer data for day‑one trust.
• Drive user adoption through training, support, and proactive issue resolution.
• Document each deployment as a repeatable playbook and develop reference customers.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in implementation, professional services, or customer onboarding for B2B SaaS.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong consultative and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑mobility environment and work collaboratively on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and light scripting.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with BI tools and data modeling.
