Floating Assistant Community Manager

About the role

The Floating Assistant Community Manager supports multiple residential communities, assisting on‑site Community Managers and ensuring a positive resident experience. The role requires quick learning of each community’s specifics and adapts to changing assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist day‑to‑day operations of several properties, overseeing maintenance, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for residents, handling inquiries, concerns, and organizing community events.
• Support leasing activities, including tours, application processing, and lease documentation.
• Assist financial processes such as rent collection, budget tracking, and expense management.
• Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different property environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Competence in internet use, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license (required to operate a golf cart on property).
