About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Founder of an international e‑commerce company. The role blends business‑level executive support with personal assistance, aiming to streamline daily operations, reduce stress, and protect the Founder’s time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and personal logistics, including family‑related tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements—flights, hotels, villas, transportation—and handle any disruptions.
- Organise lifestyle services such as restaurant reservations, gifts, errands, and vehicle coordination.
- Book household support services, including nannies and other domestic assistance.
- Facilitate medical, legal, and administrative matters by scheduling doctors, liaising with lawyers, accountants, and handling visa or immigration paperwork.
Required profile
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Discreet, proactive, and capable of operating independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong growth mindset, high ownership, and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
