About the role

An elite co‑founder and CEO seeks a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted right‑hand across both professional and personal operations. This position blends executive‑level business support with personal assistance, requiring flexibility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a complex, high‑volume calendar across multiple time zones, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritization.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel (private and commercial) for the CEO and family, handling flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper by screening communications, prioritizing requests, and optimizing the CEO’s time and focus.
  • Anticipate needs through proactive long‑term planning and management of special projects.
  • Partner closely with the CEO’s wife’s office to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Execute ad‑hoc business and personal projects efficiently.
  • Maintain availability for urgent matters, last‑minute changes, and dynamic scheduling needs.
  • Oversee operations for two luxury properties, managing household staff, vendors, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with the CEO’s Chief of Staff as needed.

Required profile

  • Minimum 8 + years supporting a CEO, founder, or UHNW individual.
  • Proven success in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, 24/7 environment.
  • Willingness to travel with the CEO and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
  • Experience managing household staff and external vendors.
  • Exceptional communication, sound judgment, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
