About the role
The Executive Assistant, F&A provides high‑level administrative support to the CEO of Chloe Americas and the President of Fashion & Accessories, North America. The role ensures seamless day‑to‑day operations, manages complex calendars, travel, expenses and supports ad‑hoc projects across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize daily tasks.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, and logistics.
- Prepare expense reports, filings, shipping, supply orders and visitor reception.
- Organize departmental meetings, create agendas, take minutes and distribute them.
- Draft high‑impact presentations, memos and reports for executive meetings and board reviews.
- Support cross‑Maison collaboration, change‑management initiatives and knowledge‑sharing efforts.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and promote team culture.
- Track strategic projects, ensure timely delivery and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum five years of experience in a fast‑paced retail or similar environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
