About the role
The Executive Assistant & Office Manager provides high‑level administrative support to four senior leaders while overseeing daily operations at Wpromote’s Los Angeles headquarters. This hybrid position ensures executive effectiveness, a welcoming office environment, and a smooth employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, travel, and logistics for four executives.
- Coordinate meetings, client breakfasts, and on‑site events.
- Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support internal teams and external stakeholders to keep operations running efficiently.
Required profile
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to balance executive support with office‑management duties.
- Comfortable handling confidential information professionally.
- Thrives in fast‑paced environments and demonstrates a service‑oriented mindset.
