About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our national client services team. The role acts as a liaison between senior leadership, attorneys and clients, handling confidential communications and assisting with project and data management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high‑volume, confidential client communications and documents.
- Collaborate on client‑facing projects, including document management, data entry and data management.
- Support project‑management functions such as data collection, entry and process implementation.
- Provide clerical and administrative legal services as needed, including eDiscovery and document preservation support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a law‑firm environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requests and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with Document Management Systems.
- Data entry and data‑management experience.
- Experience with eDiscovery, information or document collection tools (a plus).
- Knowledge of web‑based collaborative tools, work‑management software and team‑messaging platforms (a plus).
