About the role
Starburst is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support two to three senior leaders. The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks in a fast‑paced, data‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, scheduling meetings and events.
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned executives, ensuring clear communication.
- Arrange travel itineraries, bookings, and accommodations.
- Process expense reports and oversee general office operations such as supplies and event coordination.
- Support in‑office presence by liaising with building management.
- Execute special projects and provide ad‑hoc support to internal teams.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work on‑site 1‑2 days per week in Boston or San Francisco and travel up to 25% of the time.
- Comfort supporting leaders operating on West Coast hours, even from Boston.
- Open to candidates with non‑traditional backgrounds who are eager to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
