About the role

We are seeking a high‑potential, early‑career operator to work directly alongside the founders and senior leadership team. This hands‑on execution role supports decision‑makers by turning ideas into action and ensuring critical initiatives move forward.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with founders and senior leaders on daily priorities, organizing and sequencing tasks to drive initiatives to completion.
• Prepare briefs, decision memos, summaries, and presentation materials for key meetings.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to research markets, synthesize complex information, and draft strategies, documents, and frameworks.
• Identify and implement new tools, workflows, and capabilities to increase efficiency.
• Support emerging projects, partnerships, and growth opportunities across the business.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional who is exceptionally sharp, naturally curious, and highly organized.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and able to follow through relentlessly.
• Native user of AI tools and modern cloud‑based workflows.
