About the role
Join the Environmental Services team at Deaconess Health System’s Midtown Hospital Campus in Evansville. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, common areas, and equipment.
- Maintain floor surfaces and operate floor‑care equipment.
- Transport waste to collection or disposal points safely.
- Assist with furniture moves, event set‑up, and UV‑light sanitation projects.
Required profile
- Compassionate, caring, and dedicated attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays.
- Ability to attend a two‑week hands‑on orientation.
