About the role
Fractal is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead analytics engagements for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will drive the delivery of predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions while building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key banking and financial services clients.
- Lead multiple analytics engagements, manage project timelines, and ensure quality delivery.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Guide onsite consulting teams, facilitate meetings, and resolve issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in data analytics, project management, and client relationship management within AI/Data Analytics services.
- At least 5 years of experience in BFS data and analytics consulting, with exposure to top US banks or major payments/wealth firms.
- Strong communication skills with senior executives and a proactive, accountable attitude.
