Order to Cash Senior Analyst (Fixed Term)

About the role

The Order Management Specialist manages ad hoc customer requests and owns the end-to-end order management process, from order capture through fulfillment, delivery confirmation and post-delivery support. The role coordinates internally across supply chain, inventory, logistics and billing teams so that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This is a temporary, fixed-term position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the timely, accurate and compliant processing of sales orders for wholesalers, distributors, retail chains, hospitals and physician offices
• Keep customers informed about their orders and enter and generate sales orders in the system
• Collaborate with channel development and supply chain on messaging, reports and follow-up, and coordinate trade activity for month, quarter and year-end
• Update SOPs and WI's, including SOX controls, and maintain claims, issue resolution and credit/debit note accuracy checks
• Enter and generate returns and non-return credit notes, and provide audit documentation while applying internal compliance policies
• Develop reporting for Supply Chain, Channel Development, Finance and other stakeholders
• Communicate daily with customers, local business partners and BSC functional teams, anticipating client needs and solving their concerns

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance
• At least 2 years of experience in a finance or supply chain department of a multinational company is desired; Order Management experience is desired
• English speaking and writing, and Spanish speaking and writing
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Required skills

• Advanced PC skills: MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
