Business Operations Associate

About the role

As a Business Operations Associate at Roblox, you will become an expert on the company’s unique business model and support the BizOps team reporting to the CFO. You will work on strategic, operational and financial initiatives across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and track the annual strategic and financial plan, reporting insights to senior management and the Board.
• Analyze operating metrics, create monthly performance reports, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and finance teams to optimize performance and drive user growth, engagement and monetization.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, science, finance or accounting.
• Strong investigative, logical and autonomous analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• PowerPoint for presenting analysis to senior leadership.
• Experience with SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
