Director, M&A Integration

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of M&A Integration to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and performance management of acquisition integrations. This senior position reports to the VP of M&A Integration and is based in Purchase, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Lead M&A integration efforts, including strategy development, planning, execution, and performance management.
• Partner with business and functional teams to finalize integration plans and manage execution.
• Oversee identification, approval, and tracking of integration costs.
• Monitor delivery of strategic and financial objectives through the M&A scorecard process.
• Incorporate lessons learned and improve integration tools, playbooks, and documentation such as the M&A Accelerator.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A integration.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Superior process and project management skills.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage complex cross‑enterprise projects.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, drive change, and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
