About the role
The Development Assistant supports project management initiatives within the University of Arkansas system, assisting staff and students in delivering development projects and related administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of development projects.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
- Support communication between project teams, stakeholders, and university departments.
- Help prepare and track grant and funding applications.
- Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination and record keeping.
Required profile
- Current University of Arkansas System employee (including student employees or graduate assistants).
- Ability to access and navigate Workday for application and job management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work on campus in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
