About the role
You own Sable's deployments from the moment a customer signs. You scope the deployment, build the journeys, get Aidan performing, and take it live, directly interacting with the customer's leadership and Sable's engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Own deployments end‑to‑end, from the first scoping call to a fully live solution.
- Build and tune journeys, identify gaps in Aidan’s behavior, and ship fixes within the same week.
- Maintain the customer relationship, lead calls, make commitments, and own the ROI case.
- Work directly with engineering to turn feedback into specifications, prioritize work, and close the loop when shipped.
- Document each deployment as a playbook to enable scalable roll‑outs.
Required profile
- Strong generalist who enjoys solving customer problems and delivering fixes.
- Fast learner, obsessed with personal and systems improvement; proactively fixes issues.
- Customer‑obsessed, knows the customer’s product, metrics, and priorities deeply.
- Thrives in ambiguity, defining needs and scoping solutions with guidance from the founding team.
