Deployment Engineer

About the role

As a Deployment Engineer at Resolve AI, you will implement the company’s autonomous AI Production Engineer in customer environments, ensuring it delivers reliable investigations and fixes for complex system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation for assigned accounts, from scope definition to production‑ready deployment.
• Deploy, configure, and integrate Resolve with observability, logging, metrics, ticketing and chat systems, including SSO and security controls.
• Model customer teams, co‑author runbooks and configure alert filters and auto‑investigation rules.
• Run back‑tests against historical incidents, validate quality, and obtain customer sign‑off.
• Drive activation, adoption and sustained usage, monitoring active users, investigations and credit consumption.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering, distinguishing account‑level issues from product limitations.
• Collaborate with Sales, sharing progress, risks and ROI evidence, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Create reusable implementation recipes, playbooks and automations to improve future deployments.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a technical, customer‑facing role such as deployment engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, DevOps or platform engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with production infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, OpenTelemetry).
• Active on‑call experience and familiarity with incident resolution.
• Power user of AI agents and coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) with strong prompting and LLM evaluation skills.
• Proven track record of taking enterprise customers from kickoff to production and measurable adoption.
• Knowledge of enterprise security (SSO/SAML, RBAC, data handling) and ability to script in Python, TypeScript or Go.
