Data Entry Operator – RTP, NC

About the role

Labcorp is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Operator to join its team in Research Triangle Park, NC. You will be responsible for entering patient test results accurately and supporting the laboratory’s daily workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Enter patient test results into laboratory systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Print and distribute daily worksheets for technical staff.
• Ensure test results are stored in the correct location.
• Contact clients with test results when required.
• Order departmental supplies as needed.
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong data entry and typing abilities.
• Comfort handling biological specimens and accurately identifying them.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet turnaround times.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.
• Flexibility to work overtime or alternate shifts as business needs dictate.
