CyberArk SME – Infrastructure Consultant (Multiple US locations)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a CyberArk Subject Matter Expert to join its Financial Services unit as an Infrastructure Consultant. The role supports clients across multiple US locations, helping design, implement and manage privileged access and identity solutions using CyberArk and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and provide preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, produce assessment reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective infrastructure solutions, review reusable components and create technical documentation.
• Coordinate release schedules, execute deployments, conduct post‑deployment testing and manage version control.
• Plan and execute maintenance, emergency fixes and technology upgrades while ensuring continuity.
• Analyze performance data, support capacity planning and optimize system behavior.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills and compliance audits, implementing security measures and continuity plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in identity and privileged access management, preferably with CyberArk.
• Strong background in infrastructure consulting and IT service delivery.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
