About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Contractor to join its IT team as a CW NUTRI System Analyst. The role focuses on supporting vendor‑provided software and equipment, ensuring reliable operation of critical server infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for vendor software applications used across the institution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server‑related hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with vendors to address system outages and performance problems.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain support logs.
Required profile
- Advanced knowledge of the specific vendor’s systems and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
