About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to guide UGC creators through their journey at CreatorHive. You will be the main point of contact, helping students achieve their goals, stay engaged, and grow within our community.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular 1‑on‑1 check‑in calls with a portfolio of 50‑100 active students.
- Manage payment plans, account statuses and follow‑ups to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify upsell, renewal and referral opportunities and lead natural, pressure‑free conversations.
- Monitor engagement signals, flag at‑risk students early and re‑engage them proactively.
- Track and report on KPIs such as retention rate, student wins, collection rate and revenue generated.
Required profile
- Strong people skills – makes students feel heard, supported and motivated.
- Accountability partner who can keep conversations focused and commitments on track.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and UGC landscape.
- Natural ability to close upsells, renewals and referrals with value‑first approach.
- Highly organized, system‑driven and resilient to setbacks.
Required skills
- Experience with a CRM system to manage high‑volume student portfolios.
