Customer Success Manager, Beneficial Deployments – Life Sciences

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Beneficial Deployments team and support leading life‑science organizations. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, helping customers unlock the full potential of Claude across API, Enterprise, Code, and Life Sciences solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with research leaders, principal investigators, program directors, and IT teams to understand their goals and identify AI deployment opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic’s Claude products (API, Enterprise, Code, Life Sciences) and guide partners toward the right solutions.
• Monitor usage patterns, drive adoption, and discover new applications for Claude within each account.
• Design and run one‑to‑many programs such as webinars, hackathons, cohort‑based enablement, and researcher communities.
• Provide change‑management support and optimize model performance to maximize customer value.

Required profile

• Experience managing strategic, high‑value accounts in research or life‑science environments.
• Strong ability to translate scientific objectives into AI use cases.
• Excellent communication and partnership‑building skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Anthropic’s Claude suite (API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, Claude for Life Sciences).
• Familiarity with scientific tool integrations and AI‑driven research workflows.
