About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in the United States. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and live chat while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Access and update customer account information as needed.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain detailed notes on all customer interactions.
- Meet response‑time and customer‑satisfaction targets.
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines on every interaction.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home environment.
- Pass a pre‑employment background check.
- U.S. residency with reliable internet connection.
- No prior experience required; paid training provided.
