Customer Care Associate – French (Hybrid)

About the role
The Customer Care Associate will provide reactive, bilingual support for Odoo's ERP customers. Working primarily on a portfolio of 1,400‑1,600 accounts, you will help users maximise their experience with the Odoo platform while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inquiries and administrative requests promptly.
- Manage a large account portfolio, ensuring consistent and efficient support.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams and collaborate to resolve them.
- Document and share knowledge to improve internal workflows and self‑service resources.
- Meet performance metrics related to task resolution and work ethic.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong organisational abilities and reliability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a solution‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with G Suite applications.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and standardized processes.
