Community Manager – Junction Six Forks

About the role

The Community Manager for Junction Six Forks will oversee daily operations of this stabilized mid‑rise property in Raleigh, NC. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the property, including team coordination and resource allocation.
• Assist in budget development by analyzing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, processing bank deposits and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly and coordinate payments.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage the petty‑cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, discounts, renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, process evictions and collect late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends that could affect property performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing operations of a multifamily property.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other multifamily regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and develop budget forecasts.
• Strong organizational skills to manage invoices, vendor relationships and cash flow.
• Experience conducting resident inspections and lease administration.
