About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of two properties – 3 Corners East and 3 Corners West – ensuring smooth performance and resident satisfaction. This position reports to senior management and works closely with on‑site teams to meet financial and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the assigned properties, including supervising team members and coordinating resources.
- Achieve budgeted financial and operational goals while maintaining compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Provide input into property budget development by analyzing financial statements, reviewing marketing data, and evaluating operational reports.
- Set rent rates, monitor rent and fee collections, and ensure timely posting of payments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
