Leasing Professional for Haven at Main

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Haven at Main community in Houston. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and resident services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections.
