About the role
The Community Manager for 3 Corners North will oversee daily operations of this multifamily property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring the community runs smoothly while meeting financial and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property activities, including staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
- Develop and monitor the property budget by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, post payments promptly, and handle bank deposits.
- Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Drive resident satisfaction through community events, communication, and responsive service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
