Clinical Trial Contract Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Clinical Trial Contract Manager will ensure that site budgets are accurate, compliant with fair market values, and that payments to clinical sites are processed efficiently. This remote position supports a global pharmaceutical client and works closely with Clinical Operations, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Medical Affairs teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and execute a variety of clinical trial agreements.
• Review contract language and draft responses for contract modifications.
• Maintain contract files and related systems.
• Build and validate site budgets, ensuring allocations align with fair market values.
• Develop and maintain the Site Fee Framework.
• Coordinate, process, monitor, and administer site payments according to budget terms.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and CDMA teams.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) on Eastern Standard Time.
• Experience in clinical trial contract management and site budgeting.
• Strong understanding of fair market value principles and payment strategies.
