Bilingual Outbound Sales Representative (English/Spanish)

About the role

A staffing company connects LATAM talent with U.S.-based clients and is recruiting a bilingual outbound sales representative to prospect U.S. businesses by phone and email, reach decision-makers and generate business opportunities. The role is remote, full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST or Central Time), and suits people who enjoy high-volume outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make 70 to 80 daily outbound calls to B2B prospects focused on the U.S. market
• Hold 5 to 6 effective conversations per hour, averaging about 10 minutes per prospect
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs and confirm you are speaking with the right contact
• Send personalized cold and mass emails and manage and automate outreach in the CRM
• Keep conversations concise and extend them when a prospect shows genuine interest
• Log and organize every interaction

Required profile

• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken, with a focus on the U.S. market
• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation or cold outreach
• High resilience for high-volume outreach and excellent persuasive communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously

Required skills

• Hands-on experience managing, configuring and automating campaigns in GoHighLevel is ideal
