Behavioral Technician (In‑Home, Part‑time)

About the role

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to work one‑on‑one with children in their homes, supporting the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. This part‑time, 20‑hour‑per‑week position offers flexible scheduling and a supportive, relational model of autism care.

Key responsibilities

• Implement personalized therapy goals designed by a BCBA (Clinical Partner).
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship‑based strategies during play, routines, and learning activities.
• Help children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
• Collaborate with families, sharing progress in clear, simple language.
• Track session notes and contribute observations to ongoing care plans.

Required profile

• Willingness to become a Behavior Technician (training provided).
• Live nearby the service area with reliable transportation.
• Passion for making a meaningful impact on a child’s life.
• Commitment to a human‑centered, collaborative work environment.
