AWS GTM Partnership Lead for Startups

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a senior leader to drive startup partnerships through Amazon / AWS. You will own the relationship, create revenue opportunities and work with senior leadership on both sides to accelerate AI adoption for startups across AWS’s global ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for Anthropic’s startup ecosystem via the AWS partnership, including co‑selling motions, enablement programs and joint business plans.
• Own forecasting, pipeline development and revenue targets for the partnership.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships across AWS.
• Lead joint marketing and sales initiatives and drive strategic planning.
• Design scalable partnership operations, including escalation management and performance reporting.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to shape product and business strategy.
• Create segment‑specific sales plays and enablement programs for startup audiences.
• Participate in annual business reviews with key stakeholders and identify opportunities to expand the partnership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development or strategic partnerships focused on the startup ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute co‑selling or joint GTM strategies with a major cloud partner.
• Track record of establishing and influencing executive‑level relationships.
• Strong strategic planning, business operations and program management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % of the time.
