About the role

Join the South Houston Nissan dealership as an Automotive Service Advisor, acting as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to determine repair or maintenance needs.
  • Write repair orders for new and used vehicles.
  • Relay repair status and costs to customers, advising on additional needs.
  • Follow up with customers on satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

  • Punctual, reliable with strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with Nissan, service advising, or automotive environment preferred.

Required skills

  • Working knowledge of automotive products, repairs, and parts.
  • Mechanical and auto parts knowledge.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
