Automotive Sales Associate

About the role

Join the sales team at South Houston Nissan to sell new and used vehicles to personal and commercial customers. You will guide customers through the buying process, from initial greeting to final paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and showcase vehicle features, warranties, and financing options.
• Accompany customers on test drives, collect required documentation, and negotiate prices and trade‑in values.
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine financing and ownership options.
• Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and generate new business leads.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Service‑oriented attitude with ability to resolve customer grievances.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 22 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and sit for prolonged periods at a desk.
