About the role
The Assistant Director of Graduate and Global Recruitment will lead strategic outreach for graduate, online, and international programs at Tarleton State University. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of University Recruitment, this position oversees a dedicated team and shapes the university’s graduate recruitment strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment plans that increase inquiries and applications for graduate, online, and international programs.
- Manage event programming, including virtual fairs, campus visits, and partnership activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic departments, external partners, and prospective students worldwide.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the graduate recruitment team, ensuring targets are met.
- Serve as Campus Security Authority (CSA) and ensure compliance with university policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in higher‑education recruitment or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across campuses.
- Understanding of immigration regulations affecting international recruitment.
