About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Compensation Partner to join its HR team in the United States. This hybrid role will support business leaders and HR partners in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation strategy, cycles, and programs.
- Provide consultative support for external hires, internal transfers, and international moves, crafting individual compensation recommendations.
- Lead the annual compensation cycle, aligning investment strategy with business goals and conducting analytical modeling.
- Perform salary and equity range reviews, using internal and external benchmarking data to ensure competitiveness.
- Develop and present compensation analyses, market trends, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to address operational problems and complex queries.
Required profile
- Strong consultative and influencing skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders.
- Excellent analytical abilities and experience with compensation modeling and benchmarking.
- Deep understanding of compensation structures, equity, and market trends.
- Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly and effectively.
