About the role
Sable is building Aidan, an AI employee that can lead customer calls using real‑time voice, vision, and browser interaction. As an Applied AI Engineer you will translate performance criteria into measurable signals and use them to improve Aidan’s capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design evaluations for voice, vision, and browser use to guide improvements in the agent, context, and models.
- Build and maintain internal benchmarks and simulations.
- Develop systems to score customer‑specific scenarios and identify capability gaps.
Required profile
- Engineer with statistics and/or applied machine learning experience.
- Comfortable working in a production codebase.
