Analista de Costos de Producción

About the role

The Production Cost Analyst will monitor, analyze and evaluate cost performance across production and factory overheads. Working within a dynamic EY team, you will provide critical insights that support profitability decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Control and verify standard and actual costs for all materials.
• Review detailed production costs, including orders, rates and labor hours.
• Analyze factory expenses by cost centre and compare actuals to budget.
• Generate, verify and close the material ledger for cost accounting.
• Ensure production orders reflect real costs versus standard costs for raw materials, packaging and overhead.
• Prepare quarterly cost reports for management and monthly production, factory expense and general cost reports.
• Update and reconcile real cost data monthly to support profitability decisions.
• Analyze and reconcile cost figures from extranet systems and SAP.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost‑related functions.
• Experience with SAP Costing and Finance modules.
• Familiarity with Helisa, SIESA and Siigo systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate level of English is desirable.
