Join Premium as a Wireless Sales Pro and help shoppers connect with the wireless products they need. This part‑time, on‑site position involves guiding customers through phone sales, upgrades, and accessories while delivering a friendly retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers and explain wireless solutions in simple terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets and teach shoppers how to set up and activate new devices.
• Maintain wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

Required profile

• High‑energy personality with a natural ability to start conversations.
• Resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic retail environment.
• Willingness to work 8‑10‑hour shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Motivation to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
