Window Install Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Window Install Lead to join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, in Owatonna. You will be responsible for installing home remodeling products, ensuring each job meets our quality standards and delivering a smooth experience for homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Install windows and related remodeling products according to company standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as required for each construction application.
• Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Experience with window replacements and/or window wrapping.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
