West Coast QSR District Manager

About the role

We are seeking a West Coast District Manager to lead a portfolio of quick‑serve and fast‑casual restaurants. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and fostering a high‑performing team across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of all restaurants in the district, ensuring compliance with company policies, health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Implement operational strategies to maximize profitability, control inventory, labor and supply costs.
• Conduct regular audits and monitor food quality and service consistency.
• Lead, mentor and develop restaurant managers and staff, conduct performance reviews and organize training programs.
• Analyze financial performance, set sales targets and develop local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor customer feedback, address complaints promptly and drive loyalty programs.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to senior management and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
