About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead to oversee daily manual operations in our distribution center. The role involves coordinating unloading, picking, packing and other essential warehouse activities while ensuring efficiency and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of warehouse associates, operators and pickers in daily tasks.
- Supervise unloading of incoming shipments and verify accuracy.
- Direct picking and packing processes to meet order deadlines.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and enforce safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Required profile
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience in warehouse environments, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Physical ability to lift and move goods regularly.
