Warehouse Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated and dynamic Warehouse Associates to join our permanent, full‑time team. In this role you will support customer needs by handling the collection and removal of corrugated cardboard gondolas across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large boxes or trash containers) and replace them with empty ones in assigned areas.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas onto balers or compactors in designated warehouse zones (training provided).
• Keep the areas surrounding all gondolas free of debris and trash.
• Sweep, mop and remove dust around trash container zones to maintain clean transit pathways.
• Maintain clear walkways (the “Green Mile”) at all times to ensure safety.
• Organise and tidy baler/compactor areas to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and move gondolas weighing up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Endurance to push/pull loaded pallet jacks continuously throughout the shift.
• Comfort walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operation and maintenance documents.
