Warehouse Associate / Driver – San Diego

About the role

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is seeking a reliable, customer‑focused Warehouse Associate/Driver to join its San Diego team. The role blends warehouse operations, order fulfillment, customer service, and local delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service at the Will‑Call counter, entering orders and assisting with product selection.
• Pull, pick, package and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, load, unload, organize and stock inventory while maintaining an orderly warehouse.
• Safely operate a company‑owned delivery truck to deliver orders within the assigned service area.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution or order fulfillment (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and loading.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for inventory and order‑entry systems.
• Knowledge of PVC fittings, plumbing products and fluid handling equipment.
• Safe operation of delivery trucks and load securing.
